I liked the fact that Fells Gulliver proactively address perceived objections from purchasers. We had someone view our house despite them not wanting a 3 bedroom, north facing house. Paul gently let them know that a 4 bedroom house in their price range would have very small bedrooms and that our house was full of light and therefore the orientation was not an issue. They fell in love with our house and put their house on the market to buy ours! I felt other agents might have simply said “far enough” and shown other properties.
