I liked the fact that Fells Gulliver proactively address perceived objections from purchasers. We had someone view our house despite them not wanting a 3 bedroom, north facing house. Paul gently let them know that a 4 bedroom house in their price range would have very small bedrooms and that our house was full of light and therefore the orientation was not an issue.
